Strength, Speed & Agility Workshop

Soccer Nova Scotia invited U12 Academy coaches and clubs to participate with Canadian Sports Centre Atlantic's Jeremy Steinbach workshop on developing athletes using strength, speed and agility exercises in a periodizied four phase model. 

Video and content will be available in the first quarter of 2016.
